The Contemporary House house design is another variant of the single- family house design from the “Contemporary House” series, which is the answer to the questions of many Investors about a version with a smaller usable area. The house is a modern urban villa, with a one-story block, covered with a multi-hipped roof with wide cornices, with added one-story parts of the garage and a roof over the terrace. The modern style of the building is emphasized by horizontal divisions of the façade in contrasting colors, large windows with corner glazing, beams around the main core of the building and a bay window dominating the entrance.

The architecture of the house is unique, modern and very impressive. The villa, despite its not exaggerated size, looks like a real mini-residence. The building will certainly make an impression and will stand out with its style among the neighboring buildings for a long time. We enter the interior through a nice arcade and a landing straight to a spacious vestibule with a cloakroom, and then to the living area of the combined living room, hall and dining room. A partially separated kitchen with a beautiful corner window overlooking the front completes the living room. The glazing of the living room allows the building to be located on the plot, both with a garden at the back and on the side of the house. From the living room we go out to a large terrace, partly covered with an arcade and a pergola. On the ground floor we have an additional room – an office, and a utility part with a boiler room and a garage. We get to the first floor by comfortable stairs and there are two children’s bedrooms, with a large bathroom and laundry room, and a parents’ apartment with its own bathroom and wardrobe. The rooms can be freely shaped and the arrangement of partition walls can be changed thanks to the use of monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings. Contemporary House is a comfortable home for a family of 4-5 people. The building uses modern materials and technological solutions. Thanks to energy-saving installations and good insulation, the building will be inexpensive to maintain and operate. Contrary to appearances, the construction of the house is not very complicated (the main difficulty here are two reinforced concrete ceilings). Contemporary House is a proposal for people who prefer modern architecture, looking for an original design, and at the same time a house with a not exaggerated scale and area. It is possible to adapt the project to the NF40 standard.
