Trainees leave Hi-Tech Build effectively equipped with the capabilities required to fulfill job requirements as an independent contractor or employee. Hi-Tech Build free training is a paid training program for trainees registered through Barnes and Sons. Training is provided for veterans, disabled persons and workers’ aspiring a career in the SIPS industry.
